- One extra large double bedroom with a queen-size bed.

- There is the possibility of adding one modern, very comfortable 'air bed' for a child, (and downstairs there is a sofa bed if required).
- A good size bathroom, with bath and integral shower, is also found on the 1st floor.
- The fully equipped modern spacious kitchen/dining area is adjacent a comfortable living area.
- Equipment includes a gas hob and gas oven , microwave, toaster, electric cafetiere, dishwasher, large fridge with ice box, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board and is fully equipped with china, glasses and cutlery.
- The terrace and grass area at the front of the house are equipped with excellent outdoor furniture including tables, comfortable chairs, a gas barbecue, parasols and sun loungers. Modern patio heaters are positioned for the cooler evening.
